Privacy policy

Bulin47 Remix (bulin47remix.com) is an independent fan tool. Contact: support@bulin47remix.com. We use hosting, media-processing and email-delivery service providers, and Stripe for payments.

Data used for the service

We process the account details needed to sign you in, the photo you upload, your consent, the saved photo prepared for your video, video details, and credit or payment records needed to operate the service. Payment providers handle payment details under their own policies; do not send card information to support.

Sign in with Google

If you choose Sign in with Google, we request the openid, profile and email permissions for authentication. We receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile picture, where provided. We use these details to create or link your account and sign you in. Our authentication system stores these account details and the authentication tokens supplied during sign-in, where provided, with account and session records.

We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, YouTube or Google Photos. Google sign-in does not select a photo for your remix: you separately choose the photo to upload. Google authentication tokens are not sent to video-processing services or used to generate videos.

Account information and service providers

Your account name and email address also support features you choose to use after signing in. When you start a purchase, we send them to Stripe to find or create a payment customer and associate the purchase with your account. We keep the account and payment records needed to manage your credits and purchases.

Our email-delivery provider receives your email address and the message content needed to send account verification or password-reset emails when applicable. If you have a successful free preview, a verified email and no paid purchase, the service may also send one preview reminder. Hosting infrastructure processes the account and session information needed to operate these features. Google handles the authentication requests needed to complete Google sign-in. You can contact the support address below about your account data or request deletion.

Private photos and seven-day deletion

Your uploaded photo and the saved photo prepared for your video are kept privately for seven days. Service providers receive the photos and other material needed to fulfill your request. The seven-day photo deletion process covers these saved photos, rather than finished videos or account and payment records.

Uploaded photos are screened for explicit content using a third-party safety-checking service before video generation. Photos that do not pass the safety check are rejected. Safety screening does not independently verify a person's age, identity, or consent. The seven-day period describes our own saved-photo storage; third-party processing is subject to its providers’ retention policies.

Finished videos and service records

Finished videos are stored privately and linked to your account so you can access them in My videos. They do not currently have a scheduled automatic deletion date. To request deletion of a finished video, email the support address below and identify the video by its date. Account, credit, payment and support records are handled separately from the seven-day photo deletion process.

Service providers

We use your photos to create and deliver the remix you requested. Our service providers also have their own privacy, retention and data-use policies; this policy does not promise that every provider follows identical rules.

Accounts and service operation

Essential account information keeps you signed in and connects your videos and credit balance to you. Service providers process the information needed to operate these features.

Public-page analytics

We use Pageview to count visits to public pages. It receives the page address, including campaign parameters such as UTM, referral address and standard browser network information. We do not attach uploaded photos, videos, email addresses, payment details or account identifiers. Account, sign-in and payment pages are excluded. Where Cookie settings are offered, Pageview waits for your acceptance; rejecting or withdrawing consent stops further pageview events, but cannot undo events already sent.

Email support@bulin47remix.com to ask about your data or request deletion. Include your account email and the date of the video, but never send passwords, card details or other login details.
