Which photo works best?
A sharp, front-facing photo of one person with the face fully visible, even light and no sunglasses, masks or heavy filters. Group photos and tiny images give weaker results.
Why doesn't the mouth match my voice?
The video keeps the original performance and audio, so the lip movement follows Bulin 47's freestyle, not your voice. That is part of the trend.
Can I use a photo of a celebrity or a friend?
You can use a photo of yourself or of an adult who agreed to it. Photos of celebrities, politicians or minors are not allowed.
What happens if a generation fails?
The credits for a failed full video are restored automatically, once. A failed preview gives you your free preview back.
What if the video doesn't look like me?
If a finished full video clearly does not show you, email us within 7 days and we redo it once for free or return its credits. See Credits and refunds.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for a pack with no credits used, within 14 days. Credits already used for a video are not refunded. Details are in Credits and refunds.
What happens to my photo?
Your uploaded photo and the saved photo prepared for your video are kept privately for seven days. They are used to create and deliver your remix.
Why did TikTok or Instagram mute my video?
Platforms sometimes mute uploads that contain music. Download the silent version and add the trend sound from the app's own sound library instead.
