Credits and refunds

Bulin47 Remix (bulin47remix.com) is an independent fan tool. Contact: support@bulin47remix.com. Credit purchases are processed by Stripe.

Failed videos are never charged

If a full video fails, is blocked by a safety check or does not finish in time, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically, once. You do not need to ask. If the free preview fails, you get the free preview back.

Not you in the video? We redo it once

If a finished full video clearly does not show you (for example, the original performer is still there), email us within 7 days with your account email and the video's date. We redo that video once for free or return its credits. This is available once per account; we review each request.

Refunds

We refund:

• a credit pack within 14 days of purchase, if none of its credits have been used;
• duplicate or mistaken charges, and credits you paid for but did not receive;
• an outage on our side that keeps you from using credits you bought.

We do not refund:

• credits already used to create a video;
• part of a pack once some of its credits have been used;
• dissatisfaction with a video that rendered successfully and shows you (the examples and your free preview show what to expect before you buy);
• problems caused by photos or uses that break the terms.

This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

How to ask

Email support@bulin47remix.com from the address on your account, with the purchase date and a short description. Never send card details or passwords. We usually reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Unused credits

Credits do not expire.
